Paying Rent
Rent is due on the first of every month. After the first there will be a late fee of $25. To pay rent you may:

Submit a Debit Authorization Form to vinnelspropertyrentals@gmail.com along with a void cheque for the funds to be directly pulled from your account each month. Find the form below.
Tenants Insurance
As per your tenancy agreement, you are required to have tenants insurance. While any company will do, we have linked a few for your convince.
Maintenance Request
To submit a maintenance request, please find the “Maintenance Request” link under the tenant portal. If you are looking for a general inquiry, please submit a general inquiry found on the same page of the tenant portal.

Paying for Utilities
Your landlord can require that the utility bill for your rental unit be put directly in your name, or they can require you to pay for the bill that is in their name. If the utility bill is in your landlord’s name, you can ask to see a copy of the bill when you are required to pay it. If you are required to have utilities in your name, you will be responsible for contacting the utility company and setting up an account.
